When you think of courage, a certain mental image may appear like a heroic figure in some extraordinary event. Something significant with fireworks, medals and decorations.
But in my view, courage is more subtle. It is brought about in our lives through everyday decisions. At any moment.
Courage is a skill and as such, is like a MUSCLE that can be strengthened. We can practice our ability to use it through the '7 Step' process.

Maybe you're facing a challenge and not sure what to do, or there's an area in your life where you feel ‘stuck’, or simply a feeling you're not in the right place - at work, in relationships, in your family, or with your body.
It's also possible you feel great and you know you have more to bring out of yourself, but don’t know how to transform that into reality. This can feel frustrating.
Perhaps you’ve already tried many things: read books, spoke to friends, been to a consultant or therapy, picked up a hobby or travelled to find answers.
And yet, this thing remains unresolved and something ‘does not sit well’.

HI, I'M TAL GRUNSPAN
I'm a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained under the international Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and a facilitator of personal and organizational leadership development.
Through years of project management and leading teams, I realized what I enjoy most is doing deep work with people. There is magic in this work.
My mission is to explore deeply and live with courage, because I believe this is the way to work through life’s challenges, be whole with who I am and find satisfaction in my endeavors. In coaching, I have the opportunity to help others do the same.
The collaborative exploration in coaching helps us separate from inner and external noises. Courage helps us overcome the habit of listening to, and believing these noises, in order to find what is truly right for us and what serves us.
All of this is based on working with people without judgment and giving them the sense that they are being fully and accurately seen. This is a rare commodity nowadays.
I haven’t yet met someone who hasn’t received value from this kind of coaching.
